The Smack Down Winner!

This is what the winning entry looked like. Tony and Heidi entered a Pina Colada dutch oven cake. It was definitely a winning combination: flavor and presentation!




















The judging was intense! There were 5 entries ---- and only one winner. Some say there was a secret ingredient ..... Huckleberries?? Home made ice cream??? Merlot??? Coconut Rum???? No matter! We all had a great time and looking forward to next year's Smack Down.... Bring it on!!!
